Due to popular demand, heres the pictures of the hotel room :





I am thinking of moving over to crowne plaza for their nice hotel and room. Cause the convenience of the shopping center has not really impressed me as yet. Perhaps its because i never go out and ecplore in the night. Should do that someday.

Today, me and my colleague couple went to shopping after work. Went to prime outlet at pleasent Pairie. This place ahs about 40+ outlets for shoppings. Mostly branded names but supposed to be factory outlet so should be cheaper. Its huge.... here is a picture of the place. It only shows half the place.




I went to all the shops but couldnt really find what i want so I went to buy the most simple thing first : Osh kosh. Bought the baby/toddler stuff for valeries and annie. After which I bought samsonite umbrellas. I know, samsonite umbrellas? But they are pretty nice to replace my designer Umbrella :)

It is raining by then, and we left the place to another shopping mall called gurnee mills. It is not a factory outlet so its just a big shopping complex. We first booked dinner at a restaurent called rainforest. I then went to explore the place. Found a arcade there but its extremely outdated. Still playing King of fighters 98. It doesnt take a genius to figure out their arcade scene freezed after year 98.

Then it came to dinner time!

The food was so so and the wait was so long! around 40-50 min... We concluded that the chef forgot our order. Crappy. But i did get a souvenior, my LED flashing drinking cup. Not bad.... forgot to take a pic. Will post it up later.
The environment was quite special.Now and then, the lighting will flicker and thunder noises are made to simulate thunderstorm. My friend said here is the 'in' place for the parents to bring their kids come. Indeed. Every 10 min we eat, you will see the waiter/waitress gathering to sing birthday song at a table. The way you hear them sing you also can tell its their normal routine.

After the meal, which ended up quite late, we went back and just Zone out. Tomorrow will be a long day at a shopping area called aurora followed by Chicago! The Windy city!
